Criteria if awarded to be considered for donation:

• Organization must be based in McLean County serving McLean County Residents

• Donation must be spent within a year

• Donation must be spent on a specific project to better the organization, meet their mission, etc.

• Donation must NOT be used for administrative or salary purposes

• Donation must NOT be used for capital improvements and expenditures
